Terms of Service**Shipping Policy**
Items are usually shipped within 12 hours of purchase. Please check your email for a message with full details and instructions. If you do not find the message after 12 hours of purchase, please check the spam/junk folder as well to make sure it was not sent there by mistake by your email provider. If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will be right there to help you.
Purchases are usually final, unless there is something wrong with the item you receive. For example, if you receive the wrong item or a defective item, then you will get a replacement for it. If a replacement cannot be provided, then a full refund will be issued for you. Even though receiving a wrong/defective item is unlikely, please contact if it does happen.
If you are unsatisfied with the purchase for any good reason, then you will either get a partial refund or a full refund depending on your situation. We can guarantee you one thing, which is that you will NEVER leave our site unsatisfied. You are always welcome to contact us to solve any issue in a timely manner.
